Dale M. Ramos, First Vice President and Head of Network Build and Fulfilment at PLDT and Smart, has passed on. He was 49. 

Dale was known to be a loving husband and father, and a friend to many across the PLDT group -- a collaborative and dedicated colleague whose contributions will always be part of PLDT and Smart's legacy. 

As Head of Network Build, Dale has been instrumental in deploying PLDT and Smart's network infrastructure, including PLDT's fiber ports and Smart's cell sites, and ensuring that targets and milestones are met.  

Dale joined PLDT in 2016 as a veteran engineer, having previously held positions in BellTell, CSL Limited Hong Kong, and Nokia-Siemens/Lemcon Networks. He obtained his Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering degree from Mapua University.
