(Smart) forged a partnership with WTW (Willis Towers Watson), a leading global advisory, broking, and solutions company, through its B2B arm, PLDT Enterprise, to promote sustainable business practices and champion responsible management of electronic waste (e-waste). 

PLDT Inc. and its wireless arm Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) ramped up the splendor at the Philippines’ grandest festival, Sinulog, in support of the local government of Cebu City and Sinulog Foundation, Inc.

PLDT and Smart championed the digital welfare of Filipino senior citizens in 2023, via their Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Advocacy through Technology (IDEATe) program.

PLDT and Smart levels up the use of technology in the MSME sector.  PLDT group, together with Tiktok Shop, have teamed up with various government agencies to use and turn these challenges into business opportunities for Micro-, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (MSMEs) to increase their income through e-commerce.

PLDT and Smart, in partnership with Filipina Homebased Moms (FHMoms), have culminated the first run of their digital upskilling program for mothers in need, including single mothers, mothers with physical or psychosocial disabilities and those taking care of family with disabilities.

PLDT and its wireless unit Smart continue to open opportunities to Filipino micro-, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) through technology-based solutions, capacity building, and partnerships.
