Smart Communications Inc.’s franchise extended for 25 years under R.A. 10926

PLDT Inc. announced today that the franchise granted to Smart Communications, Inc. has been extended for 25 years under Republic Act No. 10926 which was signed into law by the President of the Republic on 21 April 2017. PLDT was formally notified today of the approval of the law by the Office of the President.
