PLDT Inc. (PLDT) and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) continue to enhance the in-store experience of customers by unveiling Experience Hubs and refreshing PLDT and Smart stores nationwide this year to ensure that Filipinos in the country can easily access connectivity services and products fit for their needs.
“We envision that these brick-and-mortar touchpoints will become the communities’ go-to hubs for all their connectivity needs by ensuring that they have a satisfying and meaningful experience every time they visit our stores. We also believe that having PLDT and Smart stores in cities and municipalities symbolize economic development in the area – attracting businesses, powering local tourism in the regions, and empowering families with reliable mobile and home connectivity,” said Eden Techico, VP and Head of Retail Operations and Transformation at PLDT and Smart.
To date, PLDT and Smart have unveiled seven (7) new full Experience Hubs and refreshed at least ten (10) PLDT and Smart Stores to this network of physical stores, for the convenience of customers across the country.

Customers from cities and municipalities where these physical stores are, can avail themselves of the latest promos of Smart Postpaid and PLDT Home or switch their mobile numbers to Smart or TNT. They can also explore some of the latest smart gadgets to improve their home and lifestyle. The stores also feature self-care kiosks to help customers discover the best mobile and home connectivity plans that are suited for their lifestyle, and entertainment areas to engage the customers. Knowledgeable store specialists are also ready to receive the customers, to ensure a meaningful visit.
Initiatives to broaden and deepen the reach of its retail and customer service in 2024 underscore the PLDT group's aspirational multi-year transformation, with elevating customer experience as one of the key priorities. They also contribute to the group’s endeavors to provide connectivity to all.
