Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) has turned over Smart Bro Prepaid Pocket WiFi Advance devices to McDonald’s Philippines to support its McDonald’s Classrooms initiative converting 250 unused party rooms into temporary distance learning classrooms.

PLDT and its wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) have uncovered and blocked new domains in the past 24 hours, in its war versus SMS spamming, protecting customers from fraud and scammers.

PLDT’s wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. (Smart) fully supports the move of the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) to investigate and stop the proliferation of SMS spam-based scam and fraud.
