today announced its unaudited financial and operating results for the first quarter of 2012 with consolidated Core Net Income, excluding exceptional items, declining to P9.3 billion. While 12% lower than the P10.6 billion recorded in the same period in 2011, the 1Q2012 Core Net Income is 3% higher than the average quarterly Core Net Income of P9.0 billion in the second half of 2011, which is indicative of stabilizing operating and financial conditions. Read more
