Provincial commuters now have one less thing to worry about, thanks to a new initiative that brings telco support right where their journeys begin. PLDT Inc. (PLDT), the Philippines' largest fully integrated telco network, and leading provincial transport company Victory Liner, Inc. (Victory Liner) have teamed up to launch the Community Care Caravan (CCC)—a mobile customer service program that offers walk-in assistance at select transport terminals.

Instead of having to go to a physical PLDT store, Victory Liner passengers can now get help with broadband concerns, account inquiries, and other service-related needs while waiting for their ride. The CCC is staffed by professionals from PLDT Sales and Service Centers, making telco support more accessible and community-centered.

“At Victory Liner, we understand that travel isn’t just about distance—it’s about feeling cared for along the way,” said Marivic Del Pilar, President of Victory Liner. “By opening our terminals to CCC, we bring thoughtful service into the places passengers already trust and frequent.”

The initiative reflects PLDT’s ongoing mission to meet customers where they live, move, and interact—without the hassle of visiting traditional service centers.
