As a way of paying homage to the Lady of Peñafrancia in Naga City in the Bicol region, PLDT powers up the Peñafrancia festival, one of the biggest religious and civic celebrations in the country.

This year, the Peñafrancia Festival included several major events, including the Peñafrancia Traslacion Procession, Peñafrancia Fluvial Procession, Miss Bicolandia Beauty Pageant, Regional Band-Majorettes and Fancy Drill Competition, Regional Scouts Parade, Drum and Bugle Corps and Drum, Xylophone and Majorettes Corps Competition, Civic Parade and Float Competition, Peñafrancia Voyadores Festival Street and Pilgrims Dance Competition, and the Bicol Regional Military Parade.

Supporting the festival annually, PLDT has also set up booths for customers and festivalgoers. The booths were located in various festival areas, including the JMR Coliseum during the Miss Bicolandia Coronation Night, Miss Gay Bicolandia Coronation Night and the Regional Band & Majorettes Competition. Several PLDT booths were also set up throughout the festival parade route.
