The Philippines' leading integrated telco network PLDT Inc (PLDT) and its wireless subsidiary Smart Communications, Inc (Smart) have reinforced their commitment to support Baguio City's digitalization through the continued enhancement of the Group's network facilities in the Summer Capital of the Philippines.
In a courtesy visit with City Mayor Benjamin Magalong, PLDT and Smart executives pledged to expand their network across the city to elevate customer experience and better support the connectivity needs of Baguio local government, business enterprises, residents and tourists.
"Together we will work toward making Baguio a more connected, efficient place to live, to work and to visit," said Mayor Magalong at the recent ceremonial signing of the partnership between Baguio City and common tower company Phil-Tower Consortium, Inc., which was supported by PLDT and Smart.
PLDT and Smart executives paid a courtesy visit to Baguio City Mayor Benjamin Magalong to discuss the telco's network expansion to elevate customer experience and better support the connectivity needs of the city.
"Enhanced communication networks will support our local businesses, improve our emergency response and provide our citizens with better access to information and services," added Magalong. "We thank our telco partners for their unwavering support."
