PLDT and Smart have set up a consumer assistance booth at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) grounds in Makati City in support of the DTI’s Consumer Assistance Booth Camp which runs from October 23 – 25.
Existing and prospective customers, as well as walk-in consumers are assisted by PLDT and Smart personnel managing the booth who entertain their inquiries on application for postpaid plans and other products and services, complaints and related queries.
PLDT Prepaid WiFi and other products are also available for sale in the PLDT-Smart Booth.
At the opening of the Booth Camp, DTI Director Ronnel Abrenica commended PLDT and Smart for providing the DTI office with a Consumer Affairs Helpdesk, equipped with a videophone, to assist PLDT-Smart customers. Manned by the PLDT-Smart Customer Care team, the helpdesk has been helping customers since June this year.
