Further to the Press Release dated 8 November 2018 filed with the Exchange on the same date, PLDT today announced the signing of the Investment Agreement pertaining to equity shares in Multisys Technologies Corporation ('Multisys"), a Philippine software development and IT solutions provider.

PLDT's investment involves the acquisition of new and existing shares of Multisys equivalent to a 45.73% ownership stake. As part of the Investment Agreement, PLDT will infuse Php 1.6 billion fresh capital into Multisys subject to the fulfillment of the prescribed conditions to complete such investment.
