Leading telecoms and digital services provider PLDT has partnered with one of the country’s leading real estate developers Daiichi Properties to power the fixed and wireless telecommunications infrastructure of the latter’s world-class high-rise buildings.
To serve the communications needs of Daiichi’s residents and tenants, PLDT has initially equipped its buildings with the high-speed network connectivity of fiber, which also feature high resolution video capabilities, as well as other topnotch telecommunications services.
“We take pride in partnering with Daiichi Properties to provide the latest communications infrastructure for all its building projects in the country,” said PLDT AVP and Head of Building Industry Consultancy Services (BICS) Ronaldo David R. Mendoza.
“As the industry leader, it is our duty to provide secure, efficient and reliable infrastructure for Daiichi Properties and all our other customers as well,” Mendoza added.
According to Daiichi Properties Senior Vice President Charmaine Uy, “As a long-time strategic partner, PLDT has provided our buildings with reliable fiber optic technology, ensuring enhanced and efficient connectivity for our tenants.”
Among the notable high-rise projects of Daiichi Properties is the award-winning, premium grade office building, World Plaza, located at the heart of Bonifacio Global City (BGC). At the ground floor is the first-ever PLDT-Smart store, a one-stop digital hub and converged store, catering to customers from PLDT Group’s three flagship brands: PLDT, Smart, and Cignal.
World Plaza was recognized as Five-Star Best Office Development in the 2015-2016 Asia Pacific Property Awards and the Gold Winner for Office category in the 2017 FIABCI Philippines Property & Real Estate Awards. It was also declared an Information Technology (IT) building by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA).
Daiichi Properties also developed One Global Place, One World Place, and the newest The Finance Center, a world-class 42-storey office tower, all located in bustling BGC.
