Beth became a “Smart Pinoy promoter” shortly after the MVNO venture was launched in 2004. She now earns over HK$12,000 a month, or more than triple her salary as a domestic helper. She was able to support her family back home and the one she has now.
Moreover, because of her loyalty and hard work, she has received awards, certifications, incentives and privileges for going beyond what was expected of her.
“It’s not really hard to promote this service because I know a lot of Filipinos here who have benefitted from these products,” said Beth.
“Selling 1528 Smart Pinoy is like having a full-time office job without being tied down to the office,” she added.
On the other hand, Rocele Cabansag, a hardworking business woman, became a major distributor of 1528 Smart Pinoy through her company TelTrue Limited in HK since 2004.
