(Smart) recently brought their ‘Customer Experience (CX) Congress on the Road’ to employees and other stakeholders in Davao City, highlighting their continuing drive to instill on the entire workforce the commitment to elevate the quality of the telcos’ customer service and overall experience.

PLDT and Smart remain committed to working closely with the Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) to bolster the country’s cybersecurity infrastructure against cyberattacks, including those believed to be state-sponsored. 

PLDT participated anew in the S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment. The integrated telco’s completion of its 2023 Sustainability Report underscores strategic efforts to evaluate and boost environmental, social, and governance performance.
