DITO SERVED NOTICE OF BREACH BY PLDT FOR NON-PAYMENT OF PhP429.7 M IN SERVICE FEES
In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE) on October 6, 2022, PLDT Inc. informed the PSE that it had, on the same date, sent DITO Telecommunity Corporation (DITO) a Notice of Material Breach and Demand for Payment as a result of DITO’s refusal to pay Php429,726,315.79 for contracted services which PLDT has fully performed and delivered to DITO.

1Q2014 Core net income up 2% at P9.8 billion
MANILA, Philippines, 6th May 2014 –– Philippine Long Distance Telephone Company (“PLDT”) (PSE: TEL) (NYSE: PHI) today announced its unaudited financial and operating results for the first three months of 2014 with Consolidated Core Net Income, before exceptional items, amounting to P9.8 billion, 2% or P0.2 billion higher than the P9.6 billion registered in the same period last year.
