Driven by its core value of “malasakit”, Smart Communications, Inc. and PLDT-Smart Foundation, Inc. have donated care bags to the City of Iloilo to support their battle against COVID-19. These bags contain essential goods such as facemasks, face shields, alcohol, and grocery items that will assist the city’s frontline workers and other beneficiaries amid the pandemic.

PLDT and Smart, through its Better Today program, have reinforced their commitment to promoting mental health and wellness through sports. With some of the country’s top athletes and community sports advocates, PLDT and Smart launched “Power Move Project”, a conversations series on sports and mental resilience. To date, the series has garnered at least 456,000 views.

With sustained network investments and improved performance, Smart is enabling subscribers from all walks of life to maximize its services--may it be for work or for school.

More local government units are teaming up with PLDT and Smart, mobilizing the Filipino youth to champion mental wellness in the Philippines.
