This notice is in compliance with the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) rules and regulations and for the guidance of the affected subscribers.

The operator of the international trans-Pacific submarine cable system Asia-America Gateway (AAG), has informed PLDT that emergency maintenance activities will be conducted on AAG submarine cables in the waters of Hong Kong SAR from Saturday, 26 September 2020 9:00 AM to Wednesday, 30 September 2020 5:00 AM (Philippine Standard Time).
