Strengthening its commitment to accessible and community-based customer service, PLDT recently deployed its Community Care Caravan to two vibrant cultural celebrations, the Barangay Fiesta of Poblacion in the town of Manaoag, Pangasinan and the Chinese New Year festivities held in the Banawe area of Quezon City.

By bringing its services directly to these high-traffic community events, PLDT was able to provide on-the-spot assistance to residents and festival-goers. PLDT customers received immediate support for account inquiries, billing concerns, service upgrades, and aftersales requests, while prospective customers explored broadband solutions tailored to their homes and small businesses.

The PLDT Community Care Caravan transformed festive gathering spaces into convenient service touchpoints, allowing families to resolve concerns without the need to visit branches. In Quezon City, PLDT also provided Wi-Fi connectivity support during the festivities, helping ensure residents and visitors stayed connected while participating in cultural activities and community engagement.

“We believe customer care should be present where our communities gather and celebrate,” said Anna Fernando, Head of Home Retail Management at PLDT. “By joining local festivities such as the Manaoag Fiesta and Quezon City’s Chinese New Year celebration, we are able to provide immediate assistance while helping families find the broadband solutions that best fit their needs.”
