In a vital step towards enhancing disaster resilience, representatives from various regions of the Philippines convened at Smart's TechnoLab in Makati City for an intensive Emergency Communications Plan workshop.

PLDT Group's Business Continuity and Resilience Office participated as speakers and facilitators in the Area-Wide Business Continuity Management Training for Key Industries and Lifelines Utilities organized by Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation in partnership with USAID and Laguna Chamber of Commerce and Industry.

In celebration of National Resilience Month, PLDT and Smart, together with the Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT), Philippine Disaster Resilience Foundation (PDRF) and Huawei Philippines recently concluded a capacity-building workshop to strengthen the emergency communications capabilities of the DICT.
