MANILA, Philippines, February 4, 2016 – The local government of Cavite has tapped leading telecoms and multimedia services company PLDT, through its corporate business group PLDT ALPHA Enterprise, in rolling out the province’s extensive wireless access program on governance that provides internet access to its residents for free.
