Beneath the sky over Oriental Mindoro, dry farmlands have experienced limited irrigation in recent months. Five towns in Oriental and Occidental Mindoro, including Mansalay, were placed under a state of calamity due to El Niño.

Hospitals, frontline workers, communities and families continue to receive support and assistance from the Tulong Kapatid, the CSR consortium of the companies under the leadership of Manuel V Pangilinan.    

PLDT-Smart Foundation turned over grocery packs and PPE donations in Angeles City and San Fernando, Pampanga.

Tulong Kapatid, the corporate social responsibility group of companies, foundations and affiliates under Manuel V. Pangilinan's leadership, donated 500 liters of 70% ethyl alcohol to families displaced by a fire in Bacoor City.

More efforts to help health workers at the frontlines of the fight against the COVID-19 outbreak have been undertaken by Tulong Kapatid, the consortium of the corporate social responsibility consortium of companies, foundations and affiliates led by businessman Manuel V. Pangilinan.

Tulong Kapatid recently deployed grocery packs to the families of frontline health workers and personnel of V. Luna Hospital as well as the families of the frontline Armed Forces of the Philippines checkpoint officers.
