Commuters in Pampanga will soon have access to 16 fully electric Love Buses through a public-private partnership between the MVP Group Tulong Kapatid and the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD).

Guided by this vision, the PLDT-Smart Foundation (PSF) and the MVP Group of Companies’ corporate social responsibility consortium, Tulong Kapatid, have officially partnered with the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) signed on April 10, 2025.
