PLDT Home and Smart Communications are stretching the payment period and suspending the disconnection of overdue accounts of all its postpaid customers until April 30, 2020.
The Department of Health launched the DOH COVID-19 emergency hotlines 02-894-COVID (02-894-26843) and 1555 in partnership with the Department of Interior and Local Government, PLDT and Smart.
Postpaid customers of PLDT and its wireless arm Smart Communications Inc. can now avail themselves of a 30-day payment extension period amid the COVID-19 outbreak.
