To ensure timely and dialect-sensitive emergency response in the regions, PLDT, through PLDT Enterprise and ePLDT, is boosting the government’s Unified 911 platform expansion across the country.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government and the Bureau of Fire Protection in partnership with PLDT, Next Generation Advanced, and Next Generation Core Services launch the Unified 911 system. 

PLDT and wireless unit Smart recently organized a Fire Brigade Training for employees in partnership with the Bureau of Fire Protection Davao City. This collaboration reflects the group's proactive approach to mitigating fire-related risks and developing a culture of preparedness within the organization.
