To ensure timely and dialect-sensitive emergency response in the regions, PLDT, through PLDT Enterprise and ePLDT, is boosting the government’s Unified 911 platform expansion across the country.

The City Government of Bacolod has formally partnered with PLDT Enterprise to deploy the Unified 911 system, with the city serving as the pilot site for the enhanced nationwide 911 platform powered by the Genesys cloud-based system.

The Department of the Interior and Local Government and the Bureau of Fire Protection in partnership with PLDT, Next Generation Advanced, and Next Generation Core Services launch the Unified 911 system.
