PLDT has completed the cable laying for the branches of the Apricot cable system in Baler, Aurora, and Digos City, Davao del Sur. This boosts PLDT’s capability to serve the Philippines’ growing data traffic and the country’s aspirations to be a major transit hub and destination for global hyperscalers.

In efforts to promote innovation as enabler of sustainable agriculture and food security, PLDT and Smart have partnered with Digos City National High School to maximize the use of the group’s donated #PlantSmart planting kits through technology.
