PLDT Inc. and its wireless subsidiary Smart Communications Inc. continue to roll out Experience Hubs to bring digital services closer to their customers, this time, in Gapan City, the oldest town in Nueva Ecija.

As part of commitment to bring telco and digital services closer to customers, PLDT and wireless unit Smart Communications, Inc. recently unveiled Experience Hubs in two key cities in Luzon and Visayas.

PLDT and wireless unit Smart have opened its first Experience Hub in the Visayas. Located at Island City Mall in Tagbilaran City, the first-of-its-kind facility features an interactive smart home setup, allowing customers to reimagine a future-ready home.

Customers in Batangas now have a more convenient way of availing telco services as PLDT and wireless unit Smart unveil their latest Experience Hub at SM City Lipa.

The PLDT and Smart Experience Hub at the Ramon Cojuangco Building is located in the building where Smart made telco history five years ago by showcasing the Philippines’ first successful 5G-enabled video call – announcing to the world that 5G is real in the Philippines, showing a glimpse of the future for the industry.
