Schools in Agoncillo, Batangas, are turning to the PLDT and Smart-supported Central Visayan Institute Foundation Dynamic Learning Program to mitigate class interruptions amid intense heat this summer.

PLDT and wireless unit Smart have been recognized by the World Vision Development Foundation for their support in the ‘Brigada Pagbasa’ program which aims to improve literacy among Filipino learners.
