To make the Philippine education system more resilient and inclusive, the Department of Education is accelerating the nationwide rollout of the Central Visayan Institute Foundation Dynamic Learning Program (CVIF-DLP), the crisis-tested teaching methodology designed to keep learning going under any circumstance.

PLDT and Smart, in partnership with Ateneo de Zamboanga University and with the support of the Department of Education-Division of Zamboanga City, have launched the apps Apprende for Chavacano and Hinduan for Tausug.

The Department of Education is ramping up preparations for the nationwide rollout of the Central Visayan Institute Foundation Dynamic Learning Program, an innovative teaching strategy that promotes independent learning, with support from PLDT and Smart.

PLDT and its wireless unit Smart assure recently appointed Education Secretary Juan Edgardo “Sonny” Angara of their continued support in helping the DepEd improve the country’s Basic Education system under its five-point agenda.
