PLDT and its wireless unit Smart recently turned over desktop computers to Bolo Elementary School in Maasin, Iloilo, as part of their commitment to enhancing the learning experience of Filipino children through technology.

PLDT Group, together with DICT, turned over a School-in-a-Bag package to Sta. Cruz National High School in the Island Garden City of Samal, to help elevate the quality of education especially in hard-to-reach areas.

More learning communities in Mindanao have received Learn Smart Kits from PLDT and Smart. Partnering with local government units, schools and like-minded organizations, the telcos have helped provide Filipino learners, especially in hard-to-reach areas, with high-quality and accessible education, through technology. 

PLDT, its wireless arm Smart Communications, and Cebu Normal University have joined forces to enrich the educational experience of both learners and teachers at San Antonio Integrated School in Boljoon, Cebu, by donating Learn Smart kits, a printer, and educational books.
