Lanao del Norte MSMEs received a boost in digital content creation and e-commerce entrepreneurship. This came through a training session organized by DTI–Lanao del Norte in partnership with PLDT and its wireless unit Smart.

PLDT and Smart have partnered with Kids for Kids PH and the Positive Youth Development Network to develop a storybook that advocates for children's rights and promotes online child safety titled "Ang Paglalakbay ni Tala (The Adventures of Tala)."
