PLDT and wireless unit Smart reiterate commitment to uphold diversity, equity, and inclusion and human rights in the workplace, as the world celebrates Pride Month.

PLDT and Smart, in partnership with ATRIEV, NORFIL Foundation, Voice Philippines, and the municipality of San Mateo, Rizal, conducted a free Digital Business Basics Training for 25 participants who are persons with disability or carers of persons with disability.

PLDT and Smart continue to foster inclusion and provide opportunities to persons with disabilities across the country by expanding the reach of their digital trainings, as part of their IDEATe program or Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Advocacy through Technology.
