On a bright day in Baseco, in the heart of the Port Area, color slowly spread across the walls of the Manila Child Development Center Cluster 2 — brushstroke by brushstroke. What was once an ordinary, flood‑prone facility began to take on new life, not just through paint, but through the collective effort of volunteers and employees from PLDT and Smart who chose to serve beyond their desks.

As more MSMEs across the Calabarzon region strengthen their digital presence, cybersecurity awareness and online visibility are becoming increasingly important.
